Our Purpose
NAIOP Colorado’s Public Policy Advocacy program is dedicated to advancing legislation that fosters economic growth, promotes responsible development, and supports a strong business climate for commercial real estate. We work to:
- Advocate for policies that enhance business attraction, workforce development, and infrastructure investment.
- Monitor and respond to legislation and regulatory proposals that impact the commercial real estate industry.
- Engage decision-makers to ensure that commercial real estate professionals have a voice in shaping policy.
- Educate members on critical legislative issues and their potential impact on development, investment, and job creation.
- Strengthen our role as the leading voice for the commercial real estate development industry in Colorado.
