ResourceSmart NAIOP Colorado’s ResourceSmartColorado initiative is a precedent-setting program bringing together three leading Colorado organizations in pursuit of a common goal: to make office buildings, warehouses and other commercial real estate in the Denver-metro area more energy and water-efficient.
