2020 Kick-Off Event at Hyatt Place Peña Station
January 16, 2020; 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm

NAIOP and Land Title invite you to the 18th Annual Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge Kick-off on January 16th January 16th featuring the Denver International Airport (DEN) Site located at 61st Ave. and Peña Blvd.


Come and meet the Student Competitors, Instructors, Judges, Architectural Resources, Challenge Committee members, NAIOP Board of Directors and guests from DEN Real Estate and Land Title!

Industry Panel Presentation for Students & Resources 3:30 to 4:30 PM: 
Our Challenge Sponsor and Committee have developed a special panel presentation for competing students where they will hear from professionals with a special interest in the DEN neighborhood and surrounding area. Panelists will share their thoughts and insights on the unique development aspects of project site. Plus, students will hear directly from DEN Real Estate representatives about their goals and Vision. Students and ARs are encouraged to take advantage of this learning opportunity! 

Annual Kick-Off Festivities at 4:45 PM: 
Join us for the official Challenge Kick-off festivities to include the Annual Coin Toss and AR Assignments. Followed by the Kick-Off Post Event Reception where attendees have the chance to network with 2020 Challenge Students, Faculty, Judges Sponsors, ARs and Special Guests!  Drinks and Appetizers will be served, sponsored by Academy Bank.
