Bound by an interwoven web of surrounding highway infrastructure near the highly visible intersection of I-25 and Colfax Avenue in downtown Denver, the Meow Wolf build site presents unique challenges and inspires creative solutions by the entire project development team to include lead developer, Revesco Properties; project architect, Shears Adkins Rockmore; and general contractor, Turner Construction.

Join NAIOP and featured guests from the development team on February 20th to explore this unconventionally designed building from the inside and learn more about the innovative project from concept to planned completion. Following the tour and development team panel discussion, enjoy continued networking and refreshments at at Raices Brewing Co.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 17. 2020. Payment must accompany registration. Faxing a copy of your check will not be accepted as payment. Confirmations will be emailed within 24-48 hours.  **If you do not receive a confirmation, you are not registered and will need to call the NAIOP office to follow up**  Receipt of confirmation does not guarantee approval of credit card payment. 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: If "NO" Payment is received or processed with the registration; this confirmation is void. The registration deadline is Monday, February 17th.  Any cancellations must be received by Monday, February 17th in order to receive a full refund of your fees. 


ATTENDEE DETAILS

PARKING:  

Attendees should plan to park in the Temporary Parking at STEAM on the Platte (the surface lot located behind STEAM on the Platte; see also Parking Map:  LINK). Guests will take short .2 mile walk from STEAM to Meow Wolf construction site. Please see NAIOP directional signage and NAIOP Volunteers available onsite for directions. REQUIRED ATTIRE:
As a reminder, we will be touring an active construction site and ALL visitors are required to wear the appropriate safety attire, to include:
  • Hard, flat-soled, steel-toed/composite, leather shoes covering the ankle. Tennis shoes, open-toed shoes, sandals, or heels are prohibited. Appropriate footwear must be provided by the tour attendee.
  • Full-length pants (jeans, khakis, and slacks). Shorts and skirts are not permitted. Appropriate clothing must be provided by the tour attendee. Full shirt with a minimum of 3” sleeves. Sleeveless shirts are not permitted.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Additional safety equipment to include vests, gloves, safety glasses and hard hats must be worn at all times.  NAIOP and Turner Construction will provide a limited supply of PPE gear. If you have your own PPE gear, please bring with you.
