Marriott Denver City Center
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Don’t miss the 15th Anniversary Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge—a real world, development competition between MBA student teams from the University of Colorado and University of Denver!
This year’s featured project is TERMINAL AT 51st—a 20 acre site located in the Globeville Neighborhood of North Denver. Student teams will evaluate development opportunities to create a mixed-use development on the assemblage of parcels. The site will benefit from adjacent
redevelopment such as the Asarco site to the north (Crossroads Commerce Park, Trammell Crow) and the National Western Center Redevelopment to the east. The Challenge site represents unique opportunities for development and place-making.
Celebrating its 15th anniversary, the Challenge tasks more than 40 of the state's best and brightest graduate students from the University of Colorado and the University of Denver to evaluate and make recommendations for this C-MX-5 zoned development site, represented by a joint venture named JRL 51st Street LLC led by real estate entrepreneurs Joe Henry, Ryan Oliver and Loren Snyder. The students will form teams that will compete against one one another for scholarships and the NAIOP Cup!
Join Land Title Guarantee Company and NAIOP Colorado on May 3rd as we cheer on the competing MBA Students from CU and DU as they present their plans for TERMINAL AT 51st in front of over 700 real estate professionals!
